Subsequently, one of our couriers will come to collect the products at your home. If you kept their packaging we will collect everything together.

Organic cotton is a pure natural fiber, therefore a maximum washing cycle is recommended
40°C in the washing machine, delicate cycle and with a spin cycle not exceeding 800 rpm.

We advise you not to wash our organic cotton products with synthetic products
carefully follow the directions on the label.

• Shipping to Italy and Europe
  Shipping is handled via DHL Express Courier - Go Green
  Shipping is free throughout Italy and Europe for orders over €80 of expenditure, islands and limited traffic areas included. For orders under €80 of expenditure, are applied shipping costs equal to €8.

• Shipments to Switzerland
  Shipping is managed via express courier. The shipping cost is €30 for orders exceeding €80. For orders under €80 spent, shipping costs of 36€.

• Shipping Times
  - Order shipping time takes 2-3 working days for standard orders;
  - for the custom orders with embroidery, order shipping times require up to 7 working days.
  - during the Christmas and Black Friday period deliveries may be affected delays of up to 7-10 working days, for reasons beyond our control.

It may happen that you receive an externally damaged package. In this case we advise you
to immediately photograph everything and to open it carefully, trying to keep the rest
parts of the packaging intact. Write to our amazing support team who, in case of
damaged product, will give you instructions for requesting a return.

In the event that you wish to cancel or modify an order, we advise you to contact us
promptly by email to supporto@phili.it with the subject URGENT - Modification/Cancellation
Order, or by telephone XXXXXX so as to prevent the order from being processed and shipped. In the
if the order has already been shipped, you will have to start the return and refund procedure.

We are trying to avoid overpacking, but we also know that the eye wants its
part. For this reason, each set of sheets, duvet covers or towels or shower towels
