It may happen that a package arrives damaged externally. In this case we recommend that you immediately photograph everything and open it carefully , trying to keep the remaining parts of the packaging intact. In the event that you wish to cancel or modify an order, we recommend that you contact us promptly by email to ufficio@phili.it with the subject URGENT - Modification/Cancellation of Order , or by telephone +39 351 302 3941 so as to avoid the order being processed is sent. We try to avoid overpacking , but we also know that the eye wants its part. For this reason, each set of sheets, duvet cover or towels or the single shower towel will be sent in an FSC certified recycled cardboard box, with a protective tissue and a biodegradable and compostable external bag . The sheets and duvet covers come with a fabric bag , which you can reuse to better organize your drawers or, if you travel often, as an underwear holder.
In any case, make your sustainability choice and try to reuse the packaging as best you can and not dispose of it immediately. Before recycling comes reuse ;)

Precisely because organic cotton undergoes very few treatments and no glue-based treatments or chemical agents that alter its composition, it is very breathable. Sometimes, it may happen that pillowcases become stained with oil from the skin or hair - seborrhea. Don't be alarmed, it's natural and very normal, just wash your pillowcases more frequently and use a mixture of 2 tablespoons of baking soda and hot water to pre-treat them before washing. It is advisable to leave the mixture on for at least 45 minutes and then wash the pillowcases as you are used to.
